The Stahl Theatre

The Stahl Theatre, West St, Oundle, Peterborough PE8 4EJ, UK

Set in the heart of Oundle town and occupying a delightful former chapel, the Stahl Theatre was converted into a theatre in 1980 following the generous bequest of Old Oundelian Rudolphe Stahl (S 1901) and is owned and operated by Oundle School. The theatre provides Oundle and its surrounding area with theatre of exceptional quality.

The main auditorium has a seating capacity of 264 whilst further studios and rehearsal room give plentiful opportunities for drama teaching, all aspects of theatre production and informal performance. As well as many school productions which can attended by anyone, the Stahl puts on regular performces by professional touring companies. The programme is alwats diverse and intriguing.
