Job Description:

Oundle School is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support the School and the IT Services team in delivering IT applications and infrastructure across different functional and technical areas.

The Role
The Help Desk Analyst acts as the routine contact point for the IT Service, receiving and handling requests for support. The role responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution, it provides first-line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate. The role contributes to the creation of support documentation, provides first-line investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents. The Help Desk Analyst advises relevant persons of actions taken and produces reports and analysis to support asset management activities and aid decision-making.

The role also acts as the routine contact point between the organisation and suppliers, supporting the resolution of supplier-related incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance. As well as collecting and reporting on supplier performance data.

The School
