Join experienced Sound Therapists ~ Edd and Harshani Ma for these monthly Thursday Sound Gong Bath evenings in Barnwell Village Hall.
A sound journey is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of the Sacred Sounds of an Earth Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Rainstick, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum & Sansula are being played. Allowing the sound to flow through you, takes you on a journey of deep relaxation, mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually; helping with stress relief, fatigue, healing & clearing of negativity in our energy fields. Open to all, newcomers welcome.
* What to bring:~ Yoga/Exercise Mat, small pillow for under head, large pillow or bolster for under knees & 2 warm blankets (or duvet), eye pillow & water bottle
* Please arrive in plenty of time, as we will start on time ~ sorry no late comers allowed after starting & the door is closed, so to avoid disturbing the sound energy in the space.
* Important Note ~ Sound Energy vibration is NOT recommended for during pregnancy or people fitted with pace makers. Do please get in touch if unsure.
