Job Description:

Oundle School is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide advice to line managers and specific departmental stakeholders on all people matters across the employee lifecycle.

This is a maternity cover position.

The Role
Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals who would relish the opportunity to work as part of a supportive HR team delivering a challenging portfolio of activity within a thriving School environment.

Reporting to the Director of HR (DHR), this role focuses on supporting the School in the delivery of both a professional HR service and compliance.

You will have a solid grounding in HR and generalist delivery as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Advisor. It is essential you have a CIPD level 5 in Human Resource Management or an equivalent level of experience in order to be successful in this role.

Working hours: 8:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Some flexibility is available within the constraints of the operational requirement.

The School
Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
